Refunds of Donations
Our policies regarding charitable contributions.
Donation Refund Policy
We are incredibly grateful for your support of the Human Rights Are Universal Arts Festival. As a non-profit organization, we rely on donations to fund our programs, support artists, and advocate for human rights.
General Policy
Due to the nature of charitable donations, we generally do not offer refunds on donations once they have been processed. However, we recognize that errors can happen.
Exceptions
We will consider refund requests in the following specific circumstances:
Duplicate Transaction
If you accidentally donated twice or a system error caused a double charge.
Incorrect Amount
If you entered the wrong amount (e.g., $1000 instead of $100).
Unauthorized Use
If your card was used without your permission.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction date at info@eavisualarts.org.
Please include the following information:
- •Your full name
- •Date of donation
- •Amount donated
- •Reason for the refund request
Note: Refunds are granted at the discretion of the HRAU administration. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
